Q: Who builds the exhibit system?

You have the freedom to use any exhibit fabricator you wish. This approach tends to be the most cost affective and allows us to help you select fabricators that best fit your specific needs. If you are looking for a turn key solution we would be happy to talk to you about this approach as well.

Q: How are we kept up to date on our design during creation?

On our website we have an exclusive client section allowing you to stay up to date with the latest images and proofs of your system.

    • Determine goals
    • Establish fabrication and overall vendor direction
    • Establish budget
    • Quick review of association rules and regulations
  • Client Show Planner page goes online
  • Develop concept
  • Fabrication and budget review with potential vendors
  • Concept presentation
    • Review concept sketches with client
    • Material examples
    • Gather input
  • Do any necessary design tweaks
    • This revision process is done online
  • Further review with vendors
  • Complete design and establish flow of all booth elements
  • Final design presentation
    • Final renderings
    • Work with client to create an RFP for third party vendors
      • Or begin turn key (If chosen the following does not apply)
  • Review vendor proposals with client
    • Assist in selection of vendors
  • Guide fit and finish of fabrication
