Custom Booth Rental
The SDA Custom Booth Rental service provides you with creative, technical as well as project guidance. It is based on designing your trade show space using existing local rental systems or systems that you may currently own. We also stock our own proprietary rental system if you are looking for something that has a little more custom feel.
Q: What does this service include?
Custom Booth Rental includes custom design and configuration based on our modular system, booth system, pull and pack, trucking from our warehouse to the marshaling yard, drayage, I&D, return trucking and return to stock.
Q: Can I set my own booth up?
As long as your association allows it, we will provide you with the booth and install instructions. From there you control the project which provides you with tons of savings on labor. We can also come out with the system for supervision only.
Q: What are the advantages to renting a booth, instead of custom design?
With our system you can achieve a custom look at a fraction of the cost and since you don't own it, you can have a totally new look next time.
Q: How is rental custom?
A specialty of SDA is that we design for your needs all the while keeping it in your budget. We’re not just going to give you a bunch of gray boxes. Our versatile rental system will be custom fit to your specific need and have a truly unique look.

You betcha, we have no problem parting with our awesome system when it pleases our customer so much they want to keep it forever.

In the near future you will be able to pay on line with your credit card. For now we accept company check. Payment structure is as follows.
- 30% To get the order started
- 60% Prior to Pull and Prep
- 10% Prior to unload at marshaling yard
